We want to ensure that our patients are well-informed about the cost of their treatment, so at this time, we do not accept insurance policies. While PPOs involve coverages that might reduce up-front costs, they require approvals, longer wait times and billing policies that may be hard for patients to understand.
At Mid-Florida Age Management, our treatments require paying out-of-pocket to provide our patients with greater flexibility and quicker access to the care they need.

Our consultation costs will vary based on your desired treatment. Our bio-identical hormone replacement therapy treatments are $125 for an initial consultation, while consultations for aesthetic services and BTL are entirely free!

A pre-appointment questionnaire also gives us a good idea about what we may need to address.
